Pilot responsibility

The pilot remains solely responsible for the conduct of the flight, in compliance with the applicable VFR rules. The presence of a co-pilot is strongly recommended to ensure optimal management of navigation, visual monitoring, and radio communications.

Pilots can freely choose the timing of their flight at any time during the official challenge period, according to their availability, the weather, and local constraints. In the event of deteriorating weather conditions, the presence of traffic, or any other factor compromising safety or the planned trajectory, it is up to the pilot in command to decide whether to continue, modify, or interrupt the event. An imposed diversion may impact the measured performance, but no ranking objective shall take precedence over safety.

Each participating pilot must carefully read the regulations and strictly comply with them. They are solely responsible for their decisions in flight and must prioritize the safety of their aircraft, other aircraft, people on the ground, and infrastructure at all times.

Participating pilots assume responsibility for their own equipment, their internet connection, and any other equipment necessary for their participation.

The organizers cannot be held responsible for any incident or damage occurring during the events, whether it concerns people in flight, people on the ground, or property.

The Toulouse Saint Louis Rally and KRISTAL.aero are proud to share their passion for aviation in this original partnership.
